Professional Marketing, not copy/paste
How many times can you hear the word “stunning” to describe a home before you start to roll your eyes? Or be told, “better hurry, this one won’t last long!” Only to find it there, three weeks later, still in the marketing remarks and still for sale.
Copy and paste marketing is done by those who lack vision and creativity. Properties with this kind of copy appears generic and uninteresting. You won’t get top dollar for an average listing because there’s no emotion…the buyer MUST be able to imagine themselves experiencing daily life in your home.
Your listing will grab the reader’s attention and hold them there as they begin to feel what living there would be like. More than the number of bedrooms and baths, the marketing copy should fill the buyer in on things that they can’t see. Things they have to schedule a visit and see for themselves.
As I like to say, the proof is in the puddin’… go back to the homes I have sold and read the difference for yourself between a copy/paste agent and one with vision and creativity.

It’s key to have the right professional
Homeowners deserve an agent who has done her research, knows the ins and outs of your microcommunity, and one who prefers to lead through guidance over pushy sales tactics. Clients work with me because they want to, not because I made them feel like they had to. As your partner and fiduciary, the marketing plan is tailored around your financial and personal goals. With me as your listing agent, you have my undivided attention and it is only me that you will come into contact with, unlike large teams of agents where you never know who it’s going to be on the other end of the phone. As a solo agent, I am able to provide the personal touch you are looking for to sell your home fast and for the most money possible.
